Letting go

I gaze
In the haze
I can’t see clear
Because of my fear

I did my best
To avoid my unrest
Do not suppress
But express

With a shout
Let it out, loud
Let your tears flow
Please Let it go!

I want to tell
“I created my own Hell”!
I needed to feel
Then I could heal

Through my imagination
I make my own creation!

“What is The Truth worth”?

Truth comes in many ways:

“We swear to tell the whole Truth
and nothing but the Truth”
You also have just “half” of the Truth
Truth can become a “convenient lie”
The lie becomes the “New Truth”
This “New Truth” can be personal, social,
political or global!

Lawyers work with “The one and only Truth”
Doctors promise “Truth”
News readers “Read Truth”
Teachers “Teach Truth”
Banks help people with their “Money Truth”
Religions “Preach THEIR only Truth”
Our foods and drinks are made of “Ingredients of Truth”
Politicians are made “of Truth”

We must come to the conclusion
There is still a lot of “Truth”confusion!
You have your Truth
I have mine
I need to be truthful to myself,
to become who I Truly am.
Not what others expect me to be.

THE TRUTH IS SIMPLE (but also very difficult!)
it is all about:
Honesty,       Integrity
Harmony,     Empathy
Equality,        Unity
Respect,         Grace
Love,               Peace
Giving,            Receiving
Forgiving,
When TRUST becomes a MUST

I have two Personal Trainers!

(My girly dog) here she looks like Sherlock Holmes)

People ask if I go to the gym, or if I am active in sports?
When I was young, I used to be a very “sporty” girl.
But at one point in my life I decided I have had enough.
So, My answer is : “No, I do not go to the gym”.

But every day I do my workouts, walking my 2 dogs!!
I bend and stretch a lot of my muscles, especially
my “PATIENCE Muscle”
You see my macho dog ( 20 kilo’s) usually walks in front of me,
and the other 30+ kilo girly dog walks behind me.

My arm muscles get over stretched, as well as a few muscles
in my dear body.
My little male dog thinks he is a “big macho man”when we meet
other “macho dogs”, so I try to avoid these situations!
“My eye and ear muscle” are always on alert and very trained.

He has a lot of difficulty deciding which tree he wants to pee against,
and he also can not decide, which leg he wants to stand on,
while peeing : )
This situation trains the “patience muscle” in me.

My female dog is a whole other story. She also has difficultie
in making big decisions:
“Do I cross over, or do I decide to turn to the left or right”?
So I tell my girly dog she can cross over, and then I pull her
across the street. Phew my arm muscels!
I do a lot of stretching when one dog decides to go to the left
and the other one wants to go the right (that is why I have long arms)
“Just imagine all the body stretching exercise”.

My female dog has a very deep bark and she has a great imagination,
she thinks she has to defend me at any cost.
Whenever we pass somebody “strange or unusual”in her vision
(maybe she just needs glasses) she stops, stares and barks,….
she even turns around. How embarrassing is that!

I also need to bend my knees to put the poop in a bag.
Sometimes I have a poop bag in one hand, a cookie bag in the other.
You can imagine what happens when I forgot in which hand
the poop bag
is and in which hand the cookie bag  ….
“This is also a concentration workout”!

“My patience muscle is over trained by now”!
When I come home after my exercise, I have had a lot of stretching
and bending and need a cup of coffee.
So you see, I do a lot of workouts with my two dear friends.
Every muscle used : ))

With two dogs, you will have a physical AND a mental workout:
“Two at the price of one”. How cool is that!

(My macho dog (doesn’t look like one here: ))

Life is a rat race

image

When you were born, you had this feeling that you “fell out of Heaven.”
You left the safe womb of your dear mother where there was enough to eat and drink. Where you could just “relax”.

You landed on dear planet Earth.
The doctor holds you upside down.
Hits you on your tiny behind (first trauma)
And you are given your first score (Apgar-score)!
But that is not all! Your first book is for FREE, Yeh (You will later realize this is unique: receiving something for free!)

This book tells your Mam and Dad:
“How you need to grow”: “Not to fat, not to thin, not to long, too to”! This is The Norm!!!
You have to stay in the middle! (This can bring your dear mother to tears).

But then life really begins:
“You have to sit, walk, talk, ride your bike” as quick as possible.
“Swimming, dancing, sporting, being a “genius at school” is also “an absolute must” to survive life.
In school being “just average” is not enough.
Absolutely, DON’T stay behind, because then you earn your first “label”!

When you are very young you need a smart phone, or (and) a tablet to survive in this world.
You need to wear the right shoes, and be absolutely cool, otherwise you are out!
All the moms and dads want their children to be the best of the best.
Your life is like living in a pressure cooker. Everything is fast and quick.
You also have to look like a model, wear size 0.
Pass your driver’s license as soon as possible.

At school You have to fit in “this model of living” created by society.
When you start to go to College, to University or start your first job: “You must ALWAYS join groups”!
You need to drink as much as you can, so you can forget everything you did the day before. When you have a terrible headache the next day: “It doesn’t matter, because you belong to a group! That is so cool!!!

Earning money is your life. The rest of your life you live to earn your money. Earning money is your first, second and third priority.
By the time you are old, you die.
When you would look back on life you might think: “Just what was life all about”?
I have never ever seen a gravestone that said:

Dear Lia (because everybody talks nice about you when you die!)
………….
13-01-1958 Lia started walking
04-07-1976 Lia passed her driver’s license
Etc, etc, etc
Conclusion: Lia was ok, but slow, quite “average”
Specialty of Lia; We (the family) must confess
Her hair was always a bit of a mess

During your whole Life, you always NEEDED to “fit in the system”. Life is a crazy rat race!
Don’t be different. Don’t think or feel for yourself, that is just “not done”. Just “fit in” is your “life jacket” for your whole life!

On the other hand……………….
If you REALLY want to live your OWN life:
“Always BE yourself”
“THINK for yourself”
“FEEL what is really important in your life”
LIVE YOUR OWN LIFE

‘A lovesong for me’

I Am is not only what you see,

I Am is ME

I Am is what I FEEL that is real:

In me, It lives in every layer

In Every cell, in every atom

It makes me sing, dance

Shout or cry.

It touches me deep inside

It makes me live

It makes me love

I live to love= I love to live

Life is not a burden,

Life is a gift
